Alison Laws completed her general surgery residency at the University of Calgary and breast surgery fellowship at the Massachusetts General and Brigham and Women’s Hospitals in Boston Massachusetts. She has an MPH degree from Harvard University. She previously worked as a breast surgeon at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston and has recently moved to the Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary. She is an Assistant Professor of Surgery and Oncology with research interests in breast cancer outcomes and cancer care delivery.
