
- Brodie Nolan, MD, MSc, FRCPC
Dr. Nolan is an emergency physician and trauma team leader at St. Michael’s Hospital, a Level 1 trauma centre in Toronto, Canada and a transport medicine physician for Ornge, the provincial air ambulance service. He is an assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto and Scientist in the Li Ka Shing Institute at Unity Health Toronto. Dr. Nolan’s research interests are in trauma, prehospital care, transfusion and patient safety. He is the PI on the SWIFT Canada study, a multicentre randomized control trial comparing whole blood to component therapy in the prehospital setting.
