Francesco Pata is a staff surgeon at Sant’Antonio Abate Hospital, Gallarate (Italy). He completed his medical degree at "Magna Graecia" University, Catanzaro, Italy, and his Master’s Degree in Health Management at the University of Rome. He is also the Founder and Chief of ItSURG (Italian Surgical Research Group), the first Italian Surgical Research Collaborative.
